My business philosophy stems from my unique background. My career began in 1990 with the highly acclaimed Xerox sales training, which gives me a decided advantage in competitive situations. I have been trained in negotiation and use it to my clients' best advantage.

In addition, I have experience in real estate development, construction and design — I have built six custom homes from the ground up — along with my 11 years as a realtor makes me well aware of each aspect that determines the value and investment potential in a property.
