Roberta Kerwin

Roberta Kerwin founded Kerwin & Associates in 1979. As a leading Realtor in the area for over 20 years, earning the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 1992, Roberta has also resided-over or served-on virtually every Realtor board and association on the Peninsula during the past two decades. She has been instrumental in drafting the Professional Ethics and Standards by which all Bay Area Realtors subscribe to today, and is currently called upon to serve as both California Association of Realtors (CAR) Interboard Arbitrator and Mediator.

As the senior member of the Kerwin & Associates team, Roberta provides invaluable experience and expertise rarely found in most real estate companies.
