My business philosophy stems from my unique background. My career began in 1990 with the highly acclaimed Xerox sales training, which gives me a decided advantage in competitive situations. I have been trained in negotiation and use it to my clients' best advantage.

In addition, I have experience in real estate development, construction and design I have built six custom homes from the ground up along with my 11 years as a REALTOR® makes me well aware of each aspect that determines the value and investment potential in a property.

Roberta Kerwin

Roberta Kerwin founded Kerwin & Associates in 1979. As a leading Realtor in the area for over 20 years, earning the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 1992, Roberta has also resided-over or served-on virtually every Realtor board and association on the Peninsula during the past two decades. She has been instrumental in drafting the Professional Ethics and Standards by which all Bay Area REALTORS subscribe to today, and is currently called upon to serve as both California Association of Realtors (CAR) Interboard Arbitrator and Mediator.

As the senior member of the Kerwin & Associates team, Roberta provides invaluable experience and expertise rarely found in most real estate companies.
